Engagement Information
This is a service overview, not a complete set of legal terms or an executed service agreement. Reputel must finalize its legal company details and have its agreements reviewed before launch.
Consultations and onboarding
Submitting a consultation request or VIP application is an inquiry only. It does not book an appointment, establish a client relationship, or confirm acceptance. Scope, fees, onboarding, responsibilities, and service terms require a separate agreement.
Signature and VIP
Signature includes the three core managed services, a dedicated account contact, ongoing monitoring, and executive reporting. VIP adds limited competitor enrollment, priority concierge support, quarterly strategy reviews, and personalized oversight. Final deliverables are defined in the signed agreement.
VIP territory eligibility
VIP offers 10-mile or 15-mile territory options with a maximum of two directly competing Reputel clients within an approved territory. Eligibility, territory boundaries, competitor definitions, duration, and enrollment terms require review and a signed agreement. Reputel does not promise sole exclusivity.
Third-party decisions and outcomes
Google, carriers, and caller-labeling providers control their own systems and decisions. Reputel does not guarantee Google rankings, removal of reviews or spam labels, remediation timing, or specific revenue outcomes. Review requests and responses should comply with the applicable platform policies.
Before services begin
Legal identity, billing and cancellation terms, confidentiality and data responsibilities, dispute provisions, and applicable jurisdiction must be established in the final service agreement. This page does not replace that agreement.
